Rear Fastening Harness

Designed to offer postural support and a certain degree of restraint to the passenger
travelling on vehicle bench seating such as those on buses, coaches and certain
people carriers where it is possible to pass the groin strap underneath the base of the
seat.

NB. The groin strap / fixing strap is not detachable, so for ease of use it is adviseable
to connect the groin strap to the shoulder strap buckle prior to entering & leaving
the vehicle. This tidies up the loose strap & allows it to be used as a temporary rein.

Model 29 can also be used on some buggies and wheelchairs where the seat back
is sturdy enough to take the strain of the vertical fixing strap.

For single seating please consider the Model 13 harness.

Suitable for passengers with learning difficulties or inquisitive fingers as all buckles are
out of sight of the client.

The two horizontal straps fasten behing the passengers back with
Side Squeeze buckles.

Easy access is needed both behind the seat back and underneath the base of the
seat to fit the harness.

As all our range of vehicle harnesses it is suitable for use with a booster cushion.

It is not a safety harness & should be worn in conjunction with the vehicle safety belt.

This harness fastens behind the passengers back with two horizontal straps
fitted with the Side-Squeeze Buckle.

The understrap is passed underneath the seat & fastens to the shoulder straps
with the Vehicle 'Press Button' Buckle.

OPTIONAL EXTRA

This simple vertical Stabiliser Strap can be fitted to the seat back to offer extra
stability - by restricting excess movement.

As the buckles are positioned at the rear, it can be left in position on the seat
without having to remove it each journey.
