Cross straps were designed exclusively for use with the shoulder straps on our
special needs harnesses. We cannot accept any responsibility if they are used
with other equipment.

NB: The cross straps are not suitable to be worn with chest padded harnesses as they would be too near the neck area.

     Cross Strap Fitting Instructions

Padded Cross Strap

The velcro fastening pad wraps around each individual shoulderstrap & is secured
with a Side Squeeze buckle.

This would be used for children and adults who may try to separate the shoulder
straps in order to escape.

Available in two sizes:-

Small (up to 4 yrs) - £5.00

Large (5yrs to adult) - £6.00

Cross Strap

Simple as it looks this little strap can make all the difference to the success of some
harnesses.

The strap is wrapped around the shoulder straps & the buckles are clipped together.

We would advise that you keep one of the buckles clipped around one strap
permanently so as not to lose the strap.

Comfort Sleeves

Soft wadded fabric comfort pads with either velcro fastening or pre-sewn into
a tube. Can be used to conceal some of the harness buckles.

Warning: Please note that covers should never be placed over the
vehicle harnesses main release buckles as this could hamper a quick
evacuation in the event of an accident.

These open square pads wrap around the strapping and fasten
together with velcro.

These are ready sewn to form a tubular sleeve/cover for threading onto the strapping.
