QUALITY ASSURANCE

Every effort is made to maintain a high standard of quality and reliability through precise specification, inspection and testing. New and improved components are constantly being added and designs updated where appropriate.

Our company has been established for over 30 years and our designs have been developed and used successfully over this time.

All our products carry the CE mark and comply with the requirements of the (MDD 93/42 EEC)
We are a certified member of the British Healthcare Trades Association and abide by the BHTA Code of Practice.

We were awarded The Prestigious Award 2007 for businesses in the caring sector.

Our harnesses have been designed to provide extra postural support and help clients maintain an upright position when seated in most types of seating. Many designs also offer a certain degree of restraint for those with challenging behaviour or learning difficulties.

They are not safety harnesses and all vehicle harnesses should be worn in conjunction with the existing safety belt.

ORDERING

You can simply place an order via e-mail, telephone, fax, post it to us and you will soon be able to order online.

(Online ordering is under construction at present).

You will also find an order form in our brochure if required - see Downloads Section.

Please state on your order if you are exempt from VAT.

See VAT Exemption section below to see if you qualify for VAT exemption.

TRIAL HARNESSES

A trial harness can be supplied on 14 days approval. However, postage charges (plus VAT where applicable) are payable on returned goods. This is necessary to offset the cost of the high volume of goods offered for assessment and keeps the cost of harnesses to a minimum for everyone.
Goods must be returned to us in good as new condition. A charge may be made for damaged or soiled goods.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

For overseas orders we require payment prior to despatch so we will need to send you a pro-forma invoice on receipt of your order.

We can only accept payment in GBP (sterling). Payments can be made by credit/debit card, BACS, cheque, bankers draft etc. Payments must include carriage charges.

Delivery is usually within 14 days from receipt of order.

If VAT registered, please also quote your VAT registration number.

QUOTATIONS

For the total cost of your order, including postage & packing charges plus VAT if applicable - quotations are available on request.

Important:
To process your order we will need the delivery & invoice address plus a contact telephone number etc.

PAYMENT

In general – payment should be made when placing your order.
Please note however, that In the case of Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Government Departments, retailers, charitable associations, and under other various circumstances - invoicing on account is acceptable by prior arrangement.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card, cheque, BACS, postal orders, bankers draft etc. If paying by bank transfer please ensure that we receive notification of your transaction to avoid unecessary statements.

Payments must include carriage charges.

VAT EXEMPTION

All prices are subject to VAT unless the order is accompanied by one of the following:

• The patients Disablement Registration number.

• Completed VAT Exemption Certificate

• Charity Registration Number

NB: Some goods purchased with school funding from monies donated/raised are also exempt.

We will automatically enclose a VAT Exemption Certificate with your despatch where we think it applicable.

WARRANTY

All our products are fully guaranteed for 12 months from the date the goods are put into use.
We take no responsibility however, for goods that have been tampered with, incorrectly fitted or generally misused.
