Securon Vehicle Press Buckle.                                                                   

Used primarily for waistbelt buckles providing a secure but easy to use release mechanism. Whilst excellent buckles they do not have their own webbing tensioner and require the addition of a spring loaded slide adjuster where necessary.

Makefast Steel Security Buckle

Used primarily to secure waist and chest belts but also used on fixing straps. It provides a strong and secure counter-intuitive release mechanism utilizing a lifting tab to part the buckle. Excellent when attempting to prevent a wearer from operating buckle mechanisms.  Used extensively on our Challenging behaviour harnesses.

Lockmonster Side-Press Buckle

A strong and robust buckle used on wasitbelts and fixing straps to ensure a secure connection, operated by pressing the red button at the bottom of the buckle.

Side-Squeeze Buckle

This is a strong but simple side squeeze buckle similar to that found on backpacks, it is used primarily to secure waistbelts and shoulder straps but also on occasion it can be used on understraps and inner-chair straps.

These buckles are made completely of plastic and therefore used extensively on bathing harnesses.

Seasure Lever Buckle

A lesser used buckle these days, primarily used on stairlift harnesses providing a secure connection with an inbuilt tensioner and simple press button release mechanism.

Three-Way-Press buckle (25mm)

The smallest of our buckles is operated like a standard side squeeze buckle but requires the simultaneous pressing of the third button on the face of the buckle to release. Primarily used on walking reins and chest straps.

38mm Spring Adjuster

This adjuster is used to quickly and securly adjust and hold straps where required, to tighten the free end of the webbing is simply pulled and to release the longer ends of the adjuster need pushing together and the strap pulled loose.

Bar Buckle

The Bar-buckle is used in most cases as a fixing strap to anchor harnesses to various different seating types, they can be used horizontally or vertically (depending on the product ordered) and hold very fast and securely.

They are threaded in the manner shown below and pulled tight with the loose end of webbing secured with a tri-glide.

Neoprene Pads

Where required our products include Neoprene comfort pads, these are simple pads fastened by hook and loop tape which simply fasten around shoulder, waist and/or under straps to increase comfort in those areas.

Padded Chest-Straps

The Padded Chest Strap fastens around each Shoulder-strap of the harness via the ‘Velcro Comfort Sleeves’.

It holds the shoulder-straps together and helps prevent them from slipping off the shoulders.

Emergency Seatbelt Cutter

The ‘Emergency Seatbelt Cutter’ is a simple but effective device for ensuring the occupants of a car are able to exit quickly and safely, particularly in the event of an overturned car.
